Cancellation Policy – FLAA Conference refunds must be requested in writing at least two weeks prior to the scheduled event and are subject to a $50 processing fee. After this date, requests are subject to approval from the Finance Committee.
Call for Papers – We are seeking presentations! Our Call for Papers form is now open! Please click here to submit your presentation for consideration. Submit your Call for Papers by April 15th for consideration!
Schedule – Our schedule, comprised of 13 continuing education hours, is packed with timely, practice-focused content on topics ranging from pediatrics, tinnitus, vestibular care, cochlear implants, hearing aids, cerumen management, hearing conservation, private practice growth, leadership, ethics, statutes and rules, legislative updates, AI in audiology, and more! Don’t miss our dedicated Pediatrics Track or the opportunity to participate in a hands-on Cerumen Management Workshop. Plus, our Pre-Convention Courses on Wednesday, August 5 offer 9 additional hours of education presented by e3 Diagnostics, Starkey, Cochlear, WSA, Oto Health, and Oticon. Hotel – Make your hotel reservations at the Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort at Bonnet Creek, the host hotel for the 2026 FLAA Annual Convention. A discounted group rate starting at $159 per night, plus tax, has been secured for attendees. The nightly resort fee is waived for all rooms booked within the FLAA room block. Discounted self-parking is available for guests staying within the room block at $15 per vehicle per day, plus tax. Group rates are available three days before and three days after the convention dates, based on availability.
