Position – Full Time Audiologist
Location – West Palm Beach, FL
Demonstrate competency in performing the following clinical evaluations and assessments:
- – Comprehensive diagnostic audiometric evaluations for adults and pediatric populations;
- – Immittance assessments;
- – Otoacoustic Emissions (OAEs);
- – Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR) evaluations on adult and pediatric populations;
- – Electronystagmography or Videonystagmography (ENG/VNG);
- – Knowledge of Vestibular Evoked Myogenic Potential (VEMP) though may not be performed routinely;
- – Hearing aid analysis, selection and fitting;
- – Real ear measures including speech mapping and real ear to coupler difference (RECD); and,
- – Assessment of hearing aid function and repair (including real ear to assess feature function).
Demonstrate competency in:
- – Earmold impressions;
- – Making in-house swimmolds;
- – Cerumen removal with syringe irrigation and/or using a lighted curette; and,
- – Aural rehabilitation counseling.
Demonstrate competency in:
- – Occasional off-site OSHA and/or health fair hearing screenings;
- – Follow standard procedures for OSHA and audiology department infectious disease control;
- – Follow office procedures for HIPAA compliance; and,
- – Responsible for department function (i.e. hearing aid pricing, NOAH/software, vestibular coordinator, marketing).
Required Skills
Degree: Masters or Doctorate in Audiology, licensed in the state of FL
Desire to work in a team environment

Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Willingness to participate in community outreach initiatives and marketing
