Hi Everyone……

I am so glad you are thinking of joining the FUN on the next Hearing Accessible cruise!!  As with past cruises, I know you will have a wonderful time and meet many new friends.

Attached is the flyer for this year’s cruise sailing on November 26, 2016 from Ft. Lauderdale on Royal Caribbean’s Freedom of the Seas.  Anyone can join the group; it is not just for those with hearing loss!

We hope to have a loop at the pier for check in. We have put in a request for a loop at the onboard guest services.  This is where people can pick up receivers for the assistive devices.

We are working with RCCL Access Department to provide ALDs for the cabins. This includes the shake awake alarm, visual alert for door knocker and phone and, of course, and emergency alarm.

We will have CART for the floor shows with reserved seating for our group and if requested; for certain presentations such as shopping information in the islands, etc.  Much more to be worked out such as the safety drill.

Dinner will be as a group with the Canadian Hard of Hearing Association joining us!

If you are interested in making a reservation for this cruise, I will need your names as they appear on your passport or certified copy of your birth certificate (not the hospital copy), birthdates, address, phone number and, last but not least, a credit card for your deposit of $250 per person.

The prices noted on the flyer are our guaranteed group rates.  However, sometimes Royal Caribbean has a sale that is a better price.  I would certainly check all promotions for those “special rates” when quoting you.  Once your deposit is made with one of these “special rates” we can move you into our group and you will also receive the $50 cabin credit that the group offers.

You also have the option of doing “back to back” cruises by taking the next 6 day cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale on the Freedom of the Seas.  Pricing can be provided if you are interested.

If you have any questions, or need further information, please feel free to contact me via either return email or the phone numbers listed below.  I look forward to hearing that you will be joining the FUN!

Kindest regards,

Barbara Maher
