Why did you become an audiologist?

I love spending time and communicating with my patients and their families. As an audiologist, I have the privilege of developing long-lasting relationships with my patients and really getting to know them. I get to share in the pleasure of seeing their own relationships improve and their lives change because of the work I do with them to help them hear better, communicate effectively, relieve their tinnitus symptoms and improve the quality of their lives. I also get to use cutting-edge technology and continue learning everyday as the fields of science, technology, and medicine evolve and bring amazing tools and knowledge to my patients. Because I am also in private-practice, I have the freedom to create the best environment and bring together the best team possible for my patients to achieve the best outcomes. Everyday I feel blessed that I chose audiology as my life’s work!
